because you remove every tear stain,

i would compare you to a brain,
smart and a thing i need to live my life,
i would compare you to my mom,
because you always help me through each strife,

i would compare you to the ocean,
and how you moments always change,
i will compare you the lottery,
because of taking a chance,

i would compare you to a poem,
at how your words tell me all,
i would compare you to a cane,
that makes it so i don't fall,

i would compare you to a teacher,
at how you teach me a life lesson,
i would compare you to a counselor,
you help me be better person,

i would compare you to the devil,
at how sometimes you knock me down,
yet i compare you to a pillow,
softening my fall to the ground,

if i could tell you of this,
if i was brave enough,
but i am not,
unlike my hero you... i am not so tough............
