Dear
I believe that you have done a great job in filming the small piece about
>Xin Dong Fang.
Probably I need to remind you what a documentary director or TV reporter may go through in the whole process of production.
You have to be very flexible, you have to know how to compromise, and you also have to know how to make the best happening out of the available circumstances.
The world is not perfect. It is not running as everybody wishes.
>The ultimate reminder for you: working hard is the only way to improve.
You have your own computer and you use it a lot.
Have you gotten the habit of taking notes of whatever important in your
study and your work?
Just like I told you many times?
Write down the lessons you have learned from whatever you have to do well, either a TV project or English study.
I am still waiting for you to give me a copy of the mistakes you made in
last exam.
Can you tell me the reason why you still can't do that?
Based on categories (grammar, word, reading, listening, writing) etc, write down your mistakes.
Go over them often. If you do so, you will make less and less mistakes.
>Let me show you an example. I am very experienced in TV production. Very few people I know have more experiences than me.
Yet I still make mistakes.
The way I keep myself from making more mistakes is I write down every and each one I have made.
You can see the attached MS-Word file.
I read it very often and I believe it is hard for me to make similar
mistakes once more.
>Spend your energy and passion and creativity in English study.
You have to follow my instructions more closely. Do you understand this?
